The group class begins with an aerobic warm up before an ab session in the ring. Then we move into a 20 minute stretching routine for a head to toe stretch out. Next is the heavy bags, speed bags and double end bags following a 3:1 minute work:rest circuit training for the rest of your time. Richard promises you’ll start looking forward to those rest periods after the intense 3 minutes on!
